Lt. Columbo confronts a
powerful music producer who has tried to kill his major rap artist by shooting him in
the head. Columbo has the producer's gun, but the victim has miraculously
survived although the bullet is still lodged in his brain. Since the
bullet is lodged in the brain, it is impossible to match it to the gun. Columbo relies on his offbeat, wily, funny,
deceptive ways to badger and finally trap the producer.

classic from the Queen of Crime makes a return to Vertigo. A young couple have
started up a hotel in the converted Monkswell Manor. They are snowed in together with
five guests. Detective Sergeant Trotter arrives on skis to inform the group
that he believes a murderer is on his way to the hotel, following a death in London. When one of the guests is killed,
they realize that the murderer is already there. It quickly transpires that the
killer could be any one of the guests, or even the hosts themselves.
